Larry has the proven ability to deliver short and long-term supply chain process re-designs which result in: lower operating costs, improved customer service levels, reduced cumulative lead-times, improved inventory turns and increased flexibility and responsiveness to support customer demands. For Southern California based businesses, we make it very easy to do business with me by offering simple hours-based pricing that requires no project-level commitment from clients. This means that we offer to do as much or as little as you like (within some practical limitations). If you bring us in for a couple of days and then feel you are ready to finish the project yourself, that’s fine. If you later have a problem and just want us to provide some quick advice, that’s OK too. The only times we require specific commitments from clients would be if the client requires us to pre-allocate a significant amount of time for a project, or, if we are required to travel for a project.

Larry is President of LGF Consulting LLC . He was Vice President Logistics for Easton Bell Sports, a $750M sporting goods company that included $50M in apparel and footwear sales. There he implemented ERP systems in the US, Mexico and Canada, and headed up a $1.5M warehouse improvement and WMS implementation project. Larry also served as Director of Inventory and Quality Control for LF Logistics a division of Li and Fung. There he oversaw IC and QC functions for 5 west coast 3PL distribution centers totaling over 2 million square feet, with apparel and footwear accounts from the LI and Fung including Shoes For Crews, Vida Shoes, Sophia Vergara, and Sean John apparel. His expertise has helped companies like RG Barry, Ogio, Street Surfing, XKs Unlimited, Miyachi Unitek, Rehrig United, Posey, Summer Infant, Helene Curtis, Natter Mfg, and Kennedy Co.
Larry is a performance-driven global supply chain expert with 30+ years’ experience of effectively reorganizing, streamlining, and strengthening business operations and processes to maximize product delivery performance and profitability while meeting customer needs.
He has an exceptional ability to formulate and execute strategic business plans to effectively align and manage key resources in support of sales growth and working capital reduction requirements.
